Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will need to be requested from Trend Tap & Tile. Trend Tap & Tile will contact you to provide the available shipping options as well as cost of shipping.

Delivery Costs:

There exists 4 classes for delivery:

Class 1: Includes all smaller products, such as taps, shower heads, and small plumbing equipment

Class 2: Includes larger products, such as toilets, basins, and sinks.

Class 3: Includes heavy products, such as tiles.

Class 4: Includes large products such as bath tubs

The delivery charge for products by Class:

Class 1: R150

Class 2: R500

Class 3: A quote will need to be customized to your order. To request a quote, please contact us by email or phone number.

Class 4: R1000

Our Deliveries

Local Pickup

Local pickup is avaialble at no charge from our Ormonde showroom.  Please select this option at checkout. We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.  Click here to view location details.

Shipment method

We deliver smaller parcels using The Courier Guy. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse.

Estimated delivery time across South Africa is 3-14 working days, depending on the size of the product. If you wish to arrange your own shipping, all products can be collected after the orders have been processed.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
