Cancellation of Orders

When cancelling an order, the costs to return the package to our warehouse, will be handled by the customer.

All Shipping charges are non-refundable

Due to the nature of the products we supply (size, weight, dimensions), and the delivery cost involved in certain cases, all returns should comply with the following conditions:

•    To exchange or replace an item – The item must first be returned to Trend Tap & Tile Online in its original undamaged packaging for inspection before an exchange can be approved.

•    To validate a claim, and for insurance purposes, all shortages and/or damages should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products, on the Trend Tap & Tile Online Returns Portal.

•    Please supply proof of purchase, which consists of an original invoice.

Product Condition

•    The product must still be in its original, undamaged packaging and in a sellable condition.

•    The product should be inspected before installation, as no return will be accepted after installation.

•    Toilet seats will not be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons.

Handling Fee

•    A handling fee of 15% will be applicable on all returns.

Additional Requirements

•    The return date of goods must be within 30 days of purchase.

•    No returns accepted on Special ordered products.

•    A Delivery fee will be applicable for all returns on goods delivered.

•    Goods incorrectly delivered will be exchanged at no cost to the client.

Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).  Refunds will be made in accordance with the original payment method.   Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reflect after we’ve received your item(s)

Please note:  Return shipping can be costly on large items like baths. Please ensure your items’ style and size will be suitable for your installation before ordering.

Undeliverable Packages

Every attempt will be made to deliver your order.  In the event the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to us.  A refund will be issued, less the shipping charge.  If there was no shipping charge, than the cost incurred to us will be deducted from your refund.
